Apply in person at 2350 Nowata Place. Must work Saturdays. Will train, but must have good computer skills. Need an efficient employee to multitask at the checkout window. This position is certainly not just clerical/answering phones/making appointments, but also entails learning various insurance plans to collect correct co-pays for both exam and materials, filing claims, calling other offices for referrals and appointments, communicating with pharmacies regarding patient’s medications, taking/logging payments etc. Accuracy and efficiency is a must! Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9 a.m. -6 p.m., Wednesday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m.-2:30. p.m. Pay starts at $10 hourly.
