Carmen Stanton Carmen Stanton

Carmen Stanton is president of Career Employment Service, Inc., a staffing company located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Carmen’s family moved to Bartlesville in 1956, where her father started a lumber business and her mother opened a Christian bookstore. Taking a cue from her parents’ strong work ethic and dedication to community outreach, Carmen soon began donating her time to local charities. For the last 30 years, she has volunteered with the Washington County American Red Cross, having served both on the Fundraising Committee and as Chairman of the Board. Carmen also spearheaded an event called “Chili to the Rescue,” a Red Cross fundraiser which has raised over $100,000 for local families in need. Carmen is an active member and volunteer at Grace Community Church in Bartlesville.

Jim Stanton Jim Stanton

Jim Stanton is vice president of Career Employment Service, Inc. A native of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Jim is an active member of the community, and a 12-year volunteer with the Washington County American Red Cross. Since 2002, Jim has served as the chairperson for the Red Cross fundraiser, "Run for Relief," a 5K race which raises more than $10,000 annually for local disaster victims. Jim is also a member of the Business Office Advisory Board at Tri County Technology Center, where he offers students support and advice regarding resume-writing, interviewing, and job hunting. In his spare time, Jim enjoys camping and hiking with his wife.
