- We get to know you. We'll have you fill out an application so we know specifics about your experience and education. Then, one of our job counselors will sit down with you for a personal interview to learn more about who you are, your personality, and what you're looking for in a job.
- We're in this together. If you succeed, we succeed. We can make suggestions to help you refine and optimize your resume, and we'll give you interviewing advice to help you make a great first impression.
- We find you a job. We’ll notify you of new job opportunities that appear to be a good fit and send your resume to the employer if you agree. If they're interested, we set up an interview time that fits your schedule. If that job opportunity doesn’t work out, we’ll keep trying to find the right fit.

You don't have to make an appointment, just come in to our office with your completed application pdf, or fill out an application when you arrive and visit with one of our job counselors. If you are unable to come by our office in person, you can fill out and email the application and we will contact you if we have a job match. Feel free to browse our current job openings, but don't give up if you don't find what you're looking for—keep in mind that we have new jobs opening up every day, and many of our jobs are filled without having to advertise.

Temporary employment is ideal if you: need a flexible work schedule; are coming back to the work force after a leave of absence; or need a source of income while you look for a permanent position.
Temp-To-Hire employment gives you and a prospective employer a trial period to determine if the relationship is a good fit.
Direct Hire is self-explanatory: you go to work directly for your employer, and we pat ourselves on the back for finding another perfect match.

When I moved to Dewey, Oklahoma 16 years ago, I went to Career Employment Service to find employment. I didn’t know anyone or have any information on the businesses in the Bartlesville area. Cathy and Carmen were very friendly and helpful and it didn’t take them long to find me a temporary assignment with a large local company. Within three weeks I was hired full-time and have been working for the same company ever since. Part of my current job duties are recruiting.
