Full Charge Bookkeeper:
Generate financial statements. Record income and expenses, reconcile checkbooks and prepare journal entries to record depreciation and other items in order to create the general ledger from which financial statements are prepared. Process payroll, which includes new employee setup, pre-tax and after-tax deductions, direct deposit of employee net pay, tax deposit payments, W-2 form preparation, quarterly and year-end payroll reporting and reconciliation. Candidate should be proficient in Excel and other accounting software and have good communication skills, including proper oral and written grammar and should be able to multi-task.
