The position is a Materials Replenishment role in the Logistics Materials department. Provides support to the Production Assembly process through inventory management. Position covers Inventory control, material stocking, material kitting, daily inventory cycle count, and Production backorder fulfillment. • Facilitates the movement of materials from receiving to the designated areas. • Inputs material transactions for material consumption to jobs. • Oversees material handling between receiving and production areas. • Monitors and maintains accuracy of inventory and resolves discrepancies. • Participates in inventory audits on a regular basis to detect discrepancies. • Reviews, researches and tracks excess obsolete inventory. • Ensures materials are stored correctly, preventing damage, and are in FIFO order. • Controls Kan Ban / Trigger Card process for material replenishment.
