Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a detail-oriented TLM Quality Technician for a second shift opportunity in Bartlesville. This role is responsible for supporting equipment readiness, quality assurance, and maintenance processes to ensure equipment is delivered safely, efficiently, and according to operational demands.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to accuracy and safety in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Schedule & Pay
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- Monday–Friday (overtime as needed)
- $24/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with equipment preparation and readiness for operational jobs
- Execute assigned work orders and maintenance-related tasks
- Verify equipment certifications and calibration status
- Perform or assist with inspections, testing, and quality verification processes
- Maintain accurate work order documentation within maintenance management systems
- Prepare and organize calibration, inspection, and certification documentation
- Prepare equipment and critical spare parts for shipment and staging
- Load equipment onto trucks as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency and asset utilization
- Follow established maintenance, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience with maintenance systems or equipment readiness processes preferred
