Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a Talent Partner to support recruiting and talent acquisition efforts within a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, supporting hiring managers, coordinating recruitment processes, and creating a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Flexible option: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate job offers and onboarding processes
- Maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records
- Support hiring initiatives and recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field required
- Minimum two (2) years of recruiting or related experience required
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting strategies
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage high-volume recruiting needs
- Occasional evening, Saturday, and regional travel may be required
