Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for Intensive Care Unit (ICU) openings in Tulsa. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced critical care team providing high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical needs.

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions in a high-acuity critical care setting
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress using appropriate medical terminology
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families while supporting safe discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN or ASN) required
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse License or valid multistate RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of one year of recent ICU or PCU experience in a high-acuity critical care environment
- Strong assessment, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment
