Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a Licensed Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care in a clinical setting. This role is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with hospital standards and department policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and deliver respiratory care in both critical and non-critical care settings
- Administer respiratory treatments including nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and aerosol therapy
- Operate and monitor mechanical ventilation (invasive and non-invasive)
- Perform procedures such as suctioning, chest physiotherapy, and bronchoscopy assistance
- Monitor patient status and adjust care based on clinical response
- Accurately document patient care and verify physician orders
- Respond to emergency situations including code blues and rapid response calls
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Participate in training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 0–6 months of related experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
Education & Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
- Valid Oklahoma Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license or temporary authorization required
- CRT or RRT credential required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 2 months of hire
