Position Summary
Career Employment Service is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to hire a Registered Nurse I for the Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit. This role is responsible for delivering patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care
- Assess, plan, and implement care based on patient age, cultural, and psychosocial factors
- Accurately document patient care and progress using proper medical terminology
- Support patient discharge planning through education and appropriate referrals
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and ongoing education
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and care standards
Qualifications
- 0–6 months of related nursing experience
- Working knowledge of disease management, clinical pathways, and patient care models
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a clinical setting
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation accuracy
Education & Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid Oklahoma or multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) license required
