Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and progressing care to help patients achieve functional goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer and progress therapeutic treatments based on patient needs
- Set, monitor, and achieve functional goals for patient recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and billing records
- Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and home programs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain productivity standards while delivering quality care
- Participate in continuing education and departmental training
- Assist with training of new staff, students, and volunteers as needed
Qualifications
- 0–6 months of related experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret clinical and technical information
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
Education & Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or temporary authorization required
