Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a Mechanical Technician for a second shift opportunity in Bartlesville. This role is responsible for supporting equipment maintenance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring equipment readiness to meet production and operational demands.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• Monday–Friday
• $20/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment according to established maintenance programs and procedures
• Perform maintenance tasks while following reliability-centered maintenance strategies
• Record labor, materials, parts usage, and maintenance history within maintenance management systems
• Support equipment uptime and minimize maintenance-related downtime
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and productivity
• Assist with reducing turnaround time for repairs and maintenance processes
• Support planned repair and reuse projects for parts and equipment
• Participate in equipment failure investigations as assigned
• Follow all maintenance, safety, and operational standards

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Experience with maintenance systems and industrial equipment preferred
