Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a dependable Maintenance Associate to support equipment maintenance and warehouse operations for a leading energy services company. This role focuses on maintaining equipment reliability, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of tools and materials.


Schedule 

  • Monday–Friday
  • 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and basic repairs on mechanical and electronic equipment
  • Support warehouse operations including receiving, packing, and loading tools and materials
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (once trained)
  • Accurately document maintenance activities within company systems
  • Assist with higher-level maintenance tasks under supervision
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and asset availability

Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Commitment to workplace safety and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional Requirements

  • Safety-sensitive position (drug screening including THC required)
  • 10-year criminal background check required
  • High school education verification required
  • “Fitness for duty” exam conducted in Owasso
  • Must be able to attend one week of paid training in Kellyville (housing provided)
