Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a Maintenance Associate for a 2nd shift opportunity in the Bartlesville area. This role is responsible for supporting equipment maintenance, warehouse operations, inspections, and general facility activities to help ensure equipment readiness and operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work in an industrial environment.
Schedule & Pay
- 2nd Shift
- $23/hour + $2/hour shift differential
Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance activities
- Assist with equipment preparation and readiness
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, staging, and loading equipment
- Accurately document maintenance activities and related data
- Follow established maintenance procedures and safety standards
- Assist with routine testing and inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and equipment reliability
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow procedures and accurately complete documentation
- Team-oriented with a positive work ethic
- Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus
- Previous maintenance, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Safety-sensitive position
- Must pass a drug screening that includes THC
- Must pass a 10-year criminal background check
- High school education verification required
- Must successfully complete a fitness-for-duty examination in Owasso
- First week of paid training will be conducted at an off-site training facility
- Company-provided apartment housing will be available during the initial training period
