Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking experienced Industrial Painters for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Bartlesville. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying industrial coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes in a production environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and experience working with various painting tools and materials.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing rust
- Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers
- Mix and match paints according to specifications
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain painting equipment and tools
- Manage materials such as paint, solvents, and supplies
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous industrial painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage
Additional Requirements
- Safety-sensitive position
- Must pass drug screening (including THC) and criminal background check
- Ability to commute or relocate to Bartlesville, OK
