Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking dependable Groundskeepers for a seasonal opportunity in the Bartlesville area. This position is responsible for maintaining outdoor grounds through routine landscaping and maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining attractive landscapes, and is comfortable with physically active work.
Schedule & Pay
- $12.00 per hour
- 30–40 hours per week
- Schedule may vary:
- 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Weekend work required, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Seasonal position through August/September
- Potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities
- Mow, trim, and weed eat landscaped areas
- Rake and maintain outdoor spaces
- Water grass, plants, and landscaped areas
- Perform general groundskeeping and landscape maintenance
- Help maintain clean, attractive, and safe outdoor environments
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No felony convictions
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record
- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus
