Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking dependable Feedstock Technicians to support a growing industrial operation in Bartlesville. This role is responsible for preparing materials for processing, maintaining production efficiency, and supporting a safe, team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, sort, disassemble, palletize, and transport materials for processing
- Work collaboratively to meet or exceed production and quality standards
- Follow production schedules to support operational goals and customer demands
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
- Provide updates to supervisors on production metrics and any issues
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and support daily operations
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Materials handling and forklift experience preferred
- Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment issues preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to use electronic devices such as tablets or laptops
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English preferred for safety compliance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 50–70 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
