Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of a nursing department within a healthcare setting. This leadership role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting departmental budgeting and performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the endoscopy nursing department
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote professional growth and job satisfaction
- Evaluate staff performance and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
- Oversee staff training, competency, and ongoing education initiatives
- Participate in budget planning, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure accurate charging, resource allocation, and capital planning
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Develop and implement care standards, policies, and best practices
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
- Address patient and staff concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate patient flow, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of related clinical experience required
- Strong knowledge of clinical pathways, disease management, and patient care models
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
Education & Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid Oklahoma or multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) license required
