Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking Registered Nurse I (RN) candidates for a Critical Care Float Pool position. This role provides patient-centered care across multiple units, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in accordance with hospital standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Deliver care with consideration for patient age, cultural, and psychosocial factors
- Accurately document patient care using proper medical terminology
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Support discharge planning through patient education and appropriate referrals
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and care standards
- Assist in coordinating patient care activities and supporting team workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Critical Care nursing experience
- Must have current or recent (within last 2 years) ICU and ER experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
Education & Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid Oklahoma or multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) license required
