Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a Contract and Data Analyst – Managed Care for a direct-hire, onsite opportunity in Tulsa.
This position analyzes managed care contracts, monitors reimbursement and financial performance, supports contract negotiations, and develops contract projection models within Epic.

- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Full-time | Onsite
- Direct hire
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze managed care contracts and reimbursement
- Develop financial models and contract projections
- Monitor contract performance and payment compliance
- Assist with contract negotiations and dispute resolution
- Develop and maintain contract analysis datasets
- Build, test, and maintain contract models within Epic
- Collaborate with internal teams and payors to resolve issues
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of related experience
- Managed care, health plan contracting, and provider reimbursement experience
- Experience in a health system, clinic, or surgery center
- Familiarity with EHR systems
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
- Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification
