A rapidly growing financial planning firm in Bartlesville, Oklahoma is seeking a qualified administrative assistant to work with clients in our full service financial planning firm in our retirement division. The successful candidate should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Important Qualifications Include:
· Experience in Professional office setting is required.
· Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office programs required.
· Knowledge or experience in basic retirement principles is a plus.
· Ability to interact in a professional manner with clients and coworkers and be a team player.
· Excellent Written and Oral communication skills.
· Must be flexible and able to effectively deal with challenges as they arise and understands the importance of deadlines, prioritization and urgency.
· High Attention to Detail and have strong sense of Accountability.
· Ability to be self-motivated, manage priorities and workflow with minimal supervision.
· Enthusiasm for expanding knowledge and skills to meet the needs of rapidly growing company and constantly changing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
