Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) for a direct-hire opportunity in Tulsa.
This position provides nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Schedule
- Night Shift | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- 3 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
- Direct-hire opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor patient needs and progress
- Accurately document nursing care and clinical information
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide patient education and assist with discharge planning
- Prioritize patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Support departmental quality and educational initiatives
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of direct Labor & Delivery experience required
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Valid Oklahoma or multistate Registered Nurse license
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and provide attentive patient care
