Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This role is responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and progressing therapy programs to help patients achieve functional goals and improve overall mobility and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer and progress therapeutic treatments based on patient needs
• Set, monitor, and achieve functional recovery goals
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and billing records
• Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support quality patient care
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering effective therapy services
• Participate in continuing education and departmental training
• Assist with training and support of new staff, students, and volunteers as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret clinical and technical information
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
• 0–6 months of related experience required

Education & Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or temporary authorization required
