Pay starts at $18-$20 hourly. This is not negotiable.
This is a contract position for 6 months at a time, with good possibility of extension and eventual hire as long as business supports it. There is no guarantee.
Role is considered safety sensitive and requires drug screening to include THC. Requires criminal background check, employment verification and high school education verification.
Schedule is 8-5 Monday-Friday
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for performing various tasks related to the maintenance, operation, and cleanliness of a facility.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs, including assisting with equipment and systems maintenance, managing inventory and supplies, handling waste management, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
• Conducts inspections to identify maintenance needs and takes appropriate actions.
• Conducts building cleaning operations in accordance with company cleaning standards.
• Monitors common areas, including parking and green areas, and ensures proper maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to established guidelines and standards.
• Conducts activities such as landscaping and snow removal to maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of the common areas.
• Executes the assigned work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines.
• Monitors and reports any safety hazards, damages, or malfunctioning equipment and takes appropriate action.
• Reports and records all recurring problems with the facility/equipment to ensure continuous improvement.
