Position is temp to hire with benefits after hire. • Accounts Payable • Ensure proper coding of all invoices or payables associated with assigned entities • Verify Accounts Receivable • Bank Reconciliations • General Ledger Analysis • Monthly Reporting for Management & Investors • Communicates w/ Property Managers • Completes month-end closings in a timely manner and produces accurate and quality financial reports resulting in client satisfaction • Monitors tenant accounts receivable activity, including disputes • Completes year-end audit work papers and financial statements • Develops working relationships with property managers
