Mobility Analyst

The Mobility Analyst is responsible for providing mobile device management and support. The Analyst will be working to enroll, reassign, deprovision, and support mobile devices at remote locations. This position reports to the Director of Regional Infrastructure Operations. Responsibilities may include: • Mobile Device Management in AirWatch • Managing non-smart devices such as mobile hotspots • Provide daily operational support such as verifying user enrollment, device reassignments, general device troubleshooting for users • Daily user deprovisions (deactivating lines and updating asset records) • Testing new iOS versions to ensure compatibility with corporate apps • Partnering with Digital Security to enforce security standards and iOS updates • Assisting members in the Refining and Midstream sectors with mobile device setup and troubleshooting • Manage third-party relationships with external device vendors Qualifications Basic/Required: • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Experience supporting iOS devices in a business environment • Willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to provide on-call support Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related fields • 2 or more years of iOS device support experience • Proficient with AirWatch Mobile Device Manager • Experience testing iOS updates in an enterprise environment • 3 or more years of experience using the ServiceNow platform • Experience supporting all types of customers from field operators to executives for a variety of mobile device issues • Ability to translate business requirements into processes, and enhance the development of mobile device support in a large organization • Identify requirements for efficient mobility operations in the Refining and Midstream Organization and translate those into new support workflows • Excellent communication skills to provide great customer service • Multi-functional with the ability to work on many assignments at the same time • Able to function in a diverse team environment with a calm open attitude • Problem solving skills
