Pay is $65,000-$80,000 annually. Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc); Previous manufacturing experience required; The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for improving efficiency and increase asset utilization. The Maintenance Engineer improves the reliability of the Product Line’s equipment assets and reduces the cost of service delivery. SAP experience required Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop a continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans • Drive continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time through reduction of assets waiting for maintenance, down for parts or repair authorization number, down for failure and work-in process. • Identify new opportunities and develop business cases for projects pertaining to rework and reuse of parts, service level kits and equipment design improvements • Monitor the quality and completeness of data capture by the Computerized Maintenance Management System • Monitor adherence of projects to improve quality and reliability. • Participate in failure Investigations as assigned • Participate in periodic technical audits and CAT compliance assessments. Follow up on maintenance related remedial action plan closures. • Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable. Qualifications and Experience: -Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) -Previous manufacturing experience required -Knowledge in Asset Maintenance and Sustaining Processes, Continuous Improvement, and Integrity Management -Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship Start Time: Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
