Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)

Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses for opportunities in the Tulsa area. These positions are on the night shift in a Level I Trauma Emergency Room and require previous ER nursing experience.
The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Schedule
- Full-time | 40 hours per week
- Night Shift | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and provide appropriate nursing care for ER patients
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient status and document care accurately
- Prioritize care in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Coordinate patient discharge, education, and referrals
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of ER experience required
- Experience in a Level I Trauma environment preferred
- ADN or ASN required
- Valid Oklahoma or multistate RN license
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and process instructions quickly
- Must work effectively as part of a team
