Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a dependable Janitorial Support worker for a part-time opportunity in the Bartlesville area.
This position is responsible for helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility. The ideal candidate must be able to stay focused, manage tasks independently, and work effectively with little to no supervision in an environment where people may be coming and going throughout the day.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time | Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible daytime hours
- Some schedule exceptions may occur for holidays or special events
- $13–$15/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine janitorial and cleaning duties throughout the facility
- Maintain clean and orderly common areas and workspaces
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Monitor areas for cleaning or maintenance needs
- Work effectively around staff, visitors, and daily activities
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Dependable and able to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to remain productive in an active environment with frequent activity and interruptions
