Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a dependable Part-Time Kennel Caretaker to assist with animal care and facility upkeep on weekends. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with animals and is available for split shifts.

Schedule & Pay

• Every other Saturday:
  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Return in the evening (approximately 4:30–5:00 PM)
• Sundays:
  • Morning (around 8:30 AM) and evening (around 5:00 PM) visits
• Split shifts required
• Starting pay: $12/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kennels, floors, and facility areas
• Feed and provide fresh water to animals
• Administer medications as directed
• Bathe and walk animals
• Clean cages, food dishes, and equipment
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for animals

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with animals of various sizes and temperaments
• Dependable with strong work ethic
• Ability to work split shifts and weekend schedule
• Ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning and lifting
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work independently
