Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial & Maintenance Associate for an opportunity in the Bartlesville area.
This hands-on position combines routine janitorial duties with general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is careful, attentive to their surroundings, and able to complete tasks thoroughly while handling facility items with care.
Schedule & Pay
- Thursday–Tuesday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- $12–$15/hour
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, buff, and maintain floors
- Strip and apply floor wax
- Dust furniture and clean glass
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Change light bulbs
- Perform general maintenance on equipment and tools
- Assist with moving, placing, and hanging facility items and displays
- Complete duties carefully while maintaining awareness of surrounding items and work areas
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work carefully
- Dependable and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- General building improvement or construction skills preferred
- Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, or mechanical repair skills are a plus
