Position Summary
Career Employment Service is seeking a detail-oriented Closing Agent for a full-time opportunity in Bartlesville. This role is responsible for managing property transactions from start to finish, ensuring all documentation, title requirements, and financial processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and provides a high level of customer service throughout the closing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple property transactions from opening to closing
  • Communicate and coordinate with property agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers
  • Review contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions for accuracy and compliance
  • Clear title requirements to ensure successful closings
  • Obtain payoffs from lenders, associations, and applicable entities
  • Prepare and deliver settlement statements and closing documents
  • Schedule and conduct closings with all parties involved
  • Explain documents clearly and obtain required signatures
  • Collect and disburse escrow funds accurately
  • Prepare completed documents for recording
  • Provide professional customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Complete administrative tasks and reporting as needed

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Education & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
  • Licensed Notary Public or ability to obtain required
  • Ability to commute to Bartlesville, OK

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in closing, title, real estate, or mortgage industry
  • Familiarity with title and closing processes
  • Experience with closing software (e.g., SoftPro)
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus
