Bring current resume or e-mail to Responsibilities may include: Updating Plan Texts with amendments & keeping Summary Plan Descriptions stocked Processing invoices in i-Pay, monitoring accounts invoices payable Logging, distributing & filing Plan Amendments and Texts then putting out on share point Keeping track of team timesheets and verifying the Absences Detail Report to ensure benefits team has recorded their time off Monthly reminders to team members to coordinate management updates Keeping file room & the unified filing system up to date & sending files to storage when necessary Group Records Lead Assistance & Program Data Management for Records Document Management Assistance with questions for Employee Benefits Study Group Filing & distributing Top Heavy results for pension benefits Helping with coordination of Summary Annual Report, filing of 5500s, Summary Annual Reports, Annual Funding Notices and mailing out requests when received Handling all aspects of Stored Records Floor Warden & Ergonomics person - These require annual classes and tests and doing ergonomic assessments Move Coordinator for team moves Stationary Supplies & upkeep of machines Administrative duties for other people in the group when needed such as setting up meetings and special projects Informing vendors of team availability for meetings Helping in Expatriate Management and Human Resources Shared Services projects. Answering the Plan Administrator’s Line Preparing a distribution letter and distributing amendments to appropriate people after putting out on the Share Point Site Incorporating amendments into the plan text and distributing when text is approved for restatement Basic/Required: High School Diploma or GED/equivalent 3+ years? experience in a role requiring analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Proficient in SAP Ability to manage multiple tasks independently under time constraints Ability to work with a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal High confidentiality
