Description:

High School diploma or GED or equivalent in related experience, plus 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, Sales and Service or related field; or equivalent in education, experience, or technical training. College degree preferred, but not required. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communications skills, (verbal and written). Skilled in Microsoft Office suite. Attention to detail. Pleasant phone personality. Ability to multitask. Answer inbound phone calls, Take orders over the phone, Data entry, Keep professional demeaner in fast paced work environment, Provide information regarding orders and shipments to customers, Run reports for specific customer needs regarding order history, primarily in Excel, Scan, copy and fax orders for record keeping and customer requests, Keep organized file system of order history on a shared drive, Fulfill needs of supervisor and customers as requested through email, Assist co-workers with any needs regarding updating information on open orders remaining in the system, Work closely with other members of the office in person and remotely.
