Description: primarily responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and completing customer, terminal, material, and carrier setups across all channels of trade at proprietary and 3rd party terminals where we have truck rack business, and resolving product lifting issues. Other responsibilities may include managing daily workload and monitoring outstanding issues and initiatives.

Responsibilities may include:
• Process MasterMinder requests to setup/remove customers, products, and carriers at rack terminals for the various Marketing channels of trade
• Handle email and phone correspondence regarding loading errors or setup issues
• Research and determine resolution of loading errors or setup issues
• Back up other channel of trades within group as assigned
• Partner with Account Specialists, Demand Management, Supply & Exchange Coordinators, and other key internal partners to better understand and effectively support the Marketing business

Job Qualifications:

Basic/Required Qualifications:
• Accounting, Finance or business related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
• 1+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
• 1+ years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
• 9+ hours of Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Communicates using excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple activities, with a strong commitment to delivering quality results on time
• Ability to build and sustain positive relationships
